In March, 2017 the series of PQM power quality analyzers by Sonel was included into the State Register.
The devices of PQM series are designed for complete and comprehensive analysis of electric power according to the requirements of State Standard 32144-2013.

Measurable parameters:

  • harmonic and interharmonic of voltage, current, etc.

Analyzers of A class are supplied with OR-1 adapter for wireless data transfer. The adapter works similarly to Bluetooth but uses other frequency for connection. Maximum distance between connected objects is up to 5 m.

Functions of Sonel Analysis software for power quality analyzers

All the PQM analyzers are supplied with Sonel Analysis software. The software is translated and allows creating reports in Russian language.

When registration function is active the device sets up all the necessary parameters according to the standard itself. The operator just has to set up the type of the network, its rate and the way of connection. This function allows to set up the analyzer according to the necessary standard quick and easy, without diving deep into studying it.

    PQM analyzers for work in hard environment with the tempetature from -20 to 55 С. When the temperature goes below zero the built-in heating activates automatically. IP65 case provides full protection from dust and water in every direction.

    Practically all the devices can use wide range of voltage as power source: from 90 to 760 V AC and from 127 to 760 V DC. When external power supply is absent the device automatically switches to the built-in battery that allow more than 2 hours of work.   • The ability to transfer data to a PC.
    Depending on the model chosen, communication with the computer is possible not only via USB, but also using the OR-1, Wi-Fi or GPRS radio channel.
  • Transient measurement.
    PQM-703 and PQM-711 analyzers additionally allow to measure transients (short bursts during transient processes) in a range of voltages up to ± 6 kV with a sampling frequency from 100 kHz to 10 MHz.
  • Built-in GPS receiver.
    The GPS receiver built into the PQM-702, PQM-703, PQM-710, PQM-711 not only allows accurate time synchronization, but also protects the device from theft by sending notifications when the location coordinates of the device change.
  • Supplied tablet.
    Standard configuration of the analyzers of the PQM-711/710 series  includes a tablet, with installed and customized software, a backpack for easy carrying, and a set of necessary accessories.

S class ("observation")

Devices have reduced requirements for measuring accuracy. Permitted for use in conducting surveys and monitoring, in assessing the quality of electricity using statistical methods or with a limited nomenclature of indicators.

A class ("increased accuracy")

The devices are used in the testing of compliance with standards, the implementation of the terms of contracts that provide for the possibility of resolving disputes through measurements, and in other works that require data of high accuracy.

S class: PQM-700 or PQM-707.

The main feature of the PQM-707 is a large touch screen with backlight. This device is suitable for specialists who need to take data and analyze them directly at the facility.

The model PQM-700 made a bet on the functions of the recorder. The device is protected from ingress of dust and moisture (IP 65), keeps the measurement accuracy at a temperature from -20 ° C to + 55 ° C, therefore it is suitable for work in unfavorable external conditions. All received data for processing and analysis must be sent to the PC.

Note*: PQM 701Z/ 701Zr does not have GPS-receiver for time synchronization as it is recommended for class A by the State Standard. But the device has a built-in clock with the variation of less than ±0.3 in 24 hours which meets the requiremqnts of the standard for class A.
